Our practitioners are here to give you the information and support needed to be present and connected to your pregnancy, your care, your baby and return to life after the birth through yoga, education and community support.

We offer the following yoga classes:
Prenatal Yoga Classes
Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm and Sundays 10.00-11.00am

Post Natal Yoga Group
Mondays 10am-12noon
“Our Post Natal Yoga & Mothers Group includes 1 hour postnatal yoga to regain core strength, tone and energise your body followed by morning tea for an enjoyable yet relaxing and supportive mums and bubs class”
Yoga with Toddlers
Fridays 10.30-11.30am
“Come along with your toddler or preschooler to give them a fun introduction to yoga while you work on your own needs – core strength, stretching, toning, energy levels and all of the other wonderful benefits of yoga”
Women’s Health & Wellbeing Yoga
Thursdays 8.10-9.10pm
