This class is for you to give yourself some dedicated time to focus on your personal health and needs. Some personal time to reflect, re-focus and re-energise!

- Post Pregnancy fitness and well-being
- Regaining and maintaining core strength

PRICES
2 classes per week
$280 for 2 x 10 class passes per week or $160 for 2 x 5 class passes per week
(2nd class would be a Post Natal Yoga Class, Mondays 10.00am or Wednesdays 10.00am)
1 class per week
$160 for a 10 class pass or $90 for a 5 class pass

Email Tara through our contact form with the days that you would like to attend yoga and we will forward a registration form to you.
Eftpos and credit card facilities are available for your convenience.
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga is practised in bare feet so it is nice to bring your own mat. Mats are available in a variety of colours for $25 each.
Cost is $160 for a 10 class pass (valid 12 weeks)
